Jessica specialises in offering PR solutions to the food, drink and hospitality industries. She has worked in PR for 12 years both in-house and agency side for a wide range of clients including big names such as Rocco Forte Hotels, House of Fraser, Mars and KitchenAid.
For the last six years she has made hospitality and food & drink her main focucs, from raising the profile of the individuals involved including well-known chefs such as Aldo Zilli and Atul Kochhar, to launching new ventures, as well as maintaining a consistent media presence for existing businesses and building up a little black book of industry insiders and press contacts.
Jessica is on the BBC Good Food Magazine trends panel and volunteers for the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Scotland.
